Within the last year I had become pretty judgmental of myself and worried a lot about what other people thought of me. So when I first got to Yellow I felt a little overwhelmed, but that definitely didn't last long. You both did an AMAZING job at making us all feel at home and everything you shared with us has literally changed my life. I'm ETERNALLY grateful for the opportunity to learn under some of the most amazing photographers out there :) I learned so much from the styled shoots and I see my style changing and transforming into everything I ever wanted it to be. I'M SO HAPPY!!!! I also learned so much from the business aspect. You two were SO inspiring to listen to and I've never felt more set-up to go chase my goals and dreams. I'M REALLY DOING IT YOU GUYS!!

Since YELLOW - I've completely immersed myself in the Instagram community and I cannot even tell you how many AMAZING people I've met. It's unreal. Due to those connections, I'm officially shooting a styled shoot for Rocky Mountain Bride on Saturday, I booked a wedding in the Dominican Republic in April, and a wedding in Iceland in May 2019. People also ask me to mentor them a lot know - which blows my freaking mind. I'm actually at a loss for words because I KNOW I wouldn't be where I am today without you two.

To say this workshop helped me is an understatement. This workshop MADE me. I've never been so confident in doing what I love and I come home so so so so happy at the end of everyday because I do what I love every single day. I'm trying not to curse myself, but the opportunities I've been presented with since Yellow blow my actual mind and I, from the bottom of my heart, thank Tessa and Olivia FOREVER.

Just a few months ago, I decided to start my photography business. This is years after always telling myself my dream career is to be a photographer, but always being too scared to even call myself one to other people. When I finally started my photography business, it was because other people believed in me and encouraged me to at least try it, not really because I believed in myself. The last few months I have never felt so insecure or unconfident in myself. Getting only a handful of inquiries but being told "$700 is too expensive for a wedding" or people expecting free shoots all the time because I'm just starting out was so discouraging, I almost stopped doing it and started looking for full time jobs again. The only reason I kept trying is because I had signed up for this workshop, and it was a few months away. So why not wait and keep trying, I told myself.

Olivia and Tessa created something so incredibly special and unique with the Yellow Workshop. Their talks, the styled shoots, the community – all of it has been so inspiring and I feel like that dream career is really turning into a reality now. I seriously can't even wait to implement everything I learned to transform my business and live the life I always wanted! They taught us how to create a profitable business driven by passion, and I think more importantly, to believe in ourselves, trust in ourselves, and value ourselves. Never did I think I would feel so confident doing photography, but I am because you reminded me "if you love what you're doing, you will never fail."

Thank you two seriously SO MUCH for Yellow. New friends + beautiful shoots + a million business lessons + a heart set on frickin' fire – what more could a girl want?!

Okay... Close your eyes and think of your dream photography workshop... I'm sure it has styled shoots, awesome mentors with their best secrets and knowledge right? Well Olivia and Tessa literally go ABOVE AND BEYOND with their workshop!!!  They styled shoots that come from dreams you haven't even dreamt of yet because you didn't think it was possible!  The marketing and branding tips they share go way past what you'd expect... they answered every question, in depth and detail and were always SO. DOWN. to help no matter what!!!

Olivia and Tessa are so incredibly inspiring. They truly care about the Yellow girls and their goals in the photography business. I literally was almost in crazy happy tears about 4-5 times because they made me believe in myself more than anyone else has. I learned SO. MUCH. during Yellow and starting from a beginner level going in, I left the workshop feeling like I could succeed in photography and that there is absolutely zero room for failure.

I am so insanely grateful for Olivia and Tessa and all the girls they brought together for their workshop that quickly became some of my very best friends!!!  If these two crazy talented girls have another workshop... DO NOT hesitate to sign up!!!  Jump on the opportunity ASAP because it was truly one of the greatest and inspiring experiences of my life.

Tessa and Olivia went above and beyond to help, educate, and encourage us during their first ever workshop. they sooooo exceeded my expectations and I'm more inspired, driven, and motivated than I ever thought I'd be leaving the workshop! I also learned a million things I never would've even thought of and we had CRAZY beautiful styled shoots created by tessa and oliva! not only that but I have 15 new bffs in the photo community which was my favorite part!! if you're considering attending this workshop, DO IT!!! you won't regret it.

The yellow workshop with Tessa & Olivia in Joshua Tree literally changed my whole perspective on photographing couples!! It went from being something kinda intimidating/awkward (but def something I wanted to learn about)... to sooo fun, happy, simple, & full of growth/ encouragement!!! I got the chance to meet sooo many other inspiring creatives & ask them questions about EVERYTHING (technical camera stuff, business growth, specific tools they use, etc). Also, (I know insta follower count doesn't really matter in life...) but fun fact, i joined the workshop with under 100 followers... and pretty much every week since then, i've gained 100 more from implementing what I learned at the workshop. It's honestly suuuch a fun experience so if you want to grow with your photography, meet new best friends, & stay inspired for a longggg time after - you should 100% deffff come to this workshop!!
